All consultancy work is sensitive to local conditions with no set formats or prerequisites from Astutechnologies on the size of contract, duration, or minimum numbers for staff required to undertake an assignment. Consultancy can cover a wide range of areas to help an organisation set policy or make connectivity choices or purchasing decisions.

Technology Needs Analysis

Reviewing the technology needs of any organisation is a process of careful listening and analysis of the feedback from end-users, line management, and senior management, combined with the needs of external departments, or third parties who may have their own constraints or requirements which effect the overall suitability of hardware and services.

This analysis can extends to the field, testing hardware to determine its suitability for end user ergonomics, language and cultural constraints are taken into account.

Sourcing Vendors

Astutechnologies will make recommendations and source vendors best suited to meet immediate needs, from a range of proven international and diverse sources.

Implementation

Astutechnologies has the skills and experience to take a project from review of organisational needs, through to deployment of equipment and management of service providers on site, at the request of a client. In this role Astutechnologies will act as interim managers for the client, and the service can extend to post-implementation support for both hardware and services.
